What happens to my Application
When your application is received:
- A letter of acknowledgement will be sent to you from Human Resources, Rural Solutions SA after the closing date.
- The Selection Panel assesses all applications for shortlisting in order to interview. Reference checking may be conducted prior to an invitation to attend an interview is sent. It is important that you include names and contact details of your referees in your application and check that your referees are available.
- Shortlisted applicants are contacted and invited to attend an interview. The interview process will be based on behavioural event questions. It could include a presentation or other selection assessment tools.
- A recommendation is made by the Selection Panel and is submitted to the Executive Director for approval.
- The successful applicant will be contacted and offered the position.
- All applicants are notified of the outcome and are offered the opportunity to receive feedback.
Applications are kept in a secure and confidential manner at all times.
The selection process may take some time. You may wish to contact the Enquiries person listed in the Vacancy to find out how the selection process is progressing.
