It’s the biggest convention and trade gathering in the national wine industry – and Rural Solutions SA will be there.

WineTech is the premier trade show and convention in the Australian wine industry calendar andattracts more than 3500 delegates and visitors.

The 2007 event is being held in Adelaide and Rural Solutions SA will be present to showcase therange of information, expertise and experience it can offer the industry.
“Rural Solutions SA can provide solutions to the wine industry to aid sustainability and profitability,”Business Manager Michy Kris said.

“We can deliver a broad range of responses tailored for growers and wine companies in areas suchas carbon options, revegetation, water quality and diagnostic services,” he said.

Rural Solutions SA has more than 260 professional consultants and is represented in most winegrowing areas of South Australia. It also offers the wine industry services in native vegetation, water management and the SaltSmart® management and monitoring of salinity program.

“We will be providing businesses with valuable commercial opportunities at Stand 970 at WineTech2007,” Mr Kris said.

The exhibition has been attracting industry buyers and sellers since 1970, when the first event washeld in Mildura. Since then, it has grown in size and stature and is now the most noteworthy exhibition in Australia for wine industry suppliers.

More than 200 companies from Australia and overseas that supply goods and services to the Australian wine industry participated in the 12th exhibition held in Melbourne in 2004.

The event is scheduled for 29 July to 1 August, and is co-presented by the Australian Wine IndustryTechnical Conference Inc. and the Wine Industry Suppliers' Australia.
