The Certificate IV in Business (Governance) meets the needs of people who wish to extend or develop their knowledge and skills of Board management in Indigenous Community Organisations.
The competency units used in Business Governance take quite a distinctive approach and can be organised under the main headings below:
This qualification and the units can be adapted to also suit the needs of a wide range of non-Indigenous community group and organisations where governance is required eg. clubs and societies
To achieve the Certificate IV in Business Governance you will need to complete 8 core competency units and 5 elective competency units.
Training and assessment can be undertaken via Learning Guides delivered by qualified and experienced trainers working within the Indigenous communities.
