The Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management) is to provide people with knowledge and skills related to contemporary and strategic management issues.
The role of a frontline manager varies according to the organisation and the scope of their position. Workers with this qualification could be team leaders, supervisors, front desk managers, line managers in a wide range of organisations across the full diversity of Australian business e.g. manufacturing, hospitality and retail
To achieve the Certificate IV in Business Frontline Management you will need to complete 8 core competency units and 5 elective competency units.
