The Certificate IV in Business requires successful completion of 10 competency units.
Students must achieve completion of the following 7 competency units:
BSBCMN402A Develop work priorities
BSBCMN403A Establish business networks
BSBCMN408A Report on financial activity
BSBCMN416A Identify risk and apply risk management processes
BSBCMN412A Promote innovation and change
BSBCMN410A Coordinate implementation of customer service strategies
BSBFLM412A Promote team effectiveness
Students then select three further competency units from the list below:
BSBCMN404A Develop teams and individuals
BSBCMN405A Analyse and present research information
BSBCMN406A Maintain business technology
BSBCMN407A Coordinate business resources
BSBCMN409A Promote products and services
BSBCMN412A Promote innovation and change
BSBCMN413A Implement and monitor environmental policies
Please note: where appropriate, students are able to use current transcripts or statements of attainment to obtain credit towards the qualification.
